Built on a Sunday morning touchline.

Not in a boardroom. Not by a VC-funded startup. On a touchline in Dublin, frustrated by spreadsheets.

CTM started with a simple frustration.

As a committee member at Greenhills FC Academy in Dublin (managing 15 teams, hundreds of parents, and a coaching staff trying to do their best), the admin was relentless. WhatsApp groups out of control. Spreadsheets for everything. Chasing cash payments. No way to see who had attended what, or which coaches had their certifications up to date.

There were tools out there. But none of them were built for how a real club actually works: multi-team, multi-role, native mobile, with payments and GDPR built in from day one.

So I built it.

CTM is a native iOS and Android app, designed from the ground up for clubs like the one I help run. It started as a pilot at Greenhills FC Academy, tested with real coaches and parents, and is now live on the App Store and Google Play, built with the specific problems of running a club in mind.

It is live on the App Store and Google Play, and it keeps improving with every release.
