CTM started with a simple frustration.
As a committee member at Greenhills FC Academy in Dublin (managing 15 teams, hundreds of parents, and a coaching staff trying to do their best), the admin was relentless. WhatsApp groups out of control. Spreadsheets for everything. Chasing cash payments. No way to see who had attended what, or which coaches had their certifications up to date.
There were tools out there. But none of them were built for how a real grassroots club actually works: multi-team, multi-role, native mobile, with payments and GDPR built in from day one.
So I built it.
CTM is a native iOS and Android app, designed from the ground up for clubs like the one I help run. It’s been piloted at Greenhills FC Academy, tested with real coaches and parents, and built with the specific problems of grassroots sport in mind.
It’s not perfect yet. But it’s honest, it works, and it’s getting better every week.
