Club Announcements
Say it once. Everyone sees it.
One announcement, sent from admin or secretary, reaches every member and stays visible on their dashboard.
Included on every plan, including free Starter
The same update, retyped into four different chats.
A club-wide update usually means posting it in the club WhatsApp, then again in each team group, then hoping someone mentions it at pickup. Half the club never sees it. There is no single place a parent can check for what the club, rather than just their child\u2019s team, actually said.
How CTM solves it
Post to the whole club in one tap
Admins and secretaries send an announcement to every member at once. No forwarding it into three different team channels by hand.
Cross-posts into the club channel
Every announcement appears both as a standing list and inside the message feed, so members see it wherever they happen to be looking.
Surfaced on the dashboard
The latest announcements show up directly on the admin and parent dashboards, not buried three taps deep.
Deep-linkable from notifications
Tap the push notification and land straight on the announcement itself, not just the app’s home screen.
Available on every tier
Club announcements are included on every tier, from the free Starter plan upwards.
